Feature Update: Yurbi Dashboard Scheduling
We’ve highlighted our report scheduler in previous posts (including this one and this one), and now we have a new update to share! Previously, users were only able to schedule reports within Yurbi. Now, users can also schedule dashboards.
Here’s how it works:
When users goes into the action menu on a dashboard library item, there is now an option to schedule the dashboard.
This is the same scheduler used to schedule reports. When a user schedules a dashboard, the user chooses the frequency of the dashboard and to whom the dashboard will be sent. The user can then customize the subject and message of the notification. At the scheduled time, dashboards are sent out as PNG files. (The one caveat to scheduling a dashboard is that users cannot include prompts, which users are able to include when they schedule reports.)
The ability to schedule dashboards is powerful because dashboards present report information in a highly visual way, which opens the door for other use cases. If you want to learn more about this feature or other features within Yurbi, feel free to request a demo.
