Seamless Access and Interaction
Administrators create designated Guest Folders within the Team Library for public view reports and dashboards. Guest users can interact with reports the same as logged-in users, but are limited to running and exporting reports. Guests can use dashboard filters and report prompts, but cannot save personal preferences.
Guest Library Limitations
